Agreeing to these Terms
Wiseren is a product of Neutral Vector LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Neutral Vector LLC ("Neutral Vector", "Wiseren", "we", "us") about your use of wiseren.com, the Wiseren portal, Ashley and everything that comes with them (together, the "Service").
You accept these Terms when you create an account or send your first message to Ashley, by pressing the button next to the line that says so. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Who can use Wiseren
Wiseren is for people building a business. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract. You use the Service for your business, not as a consumer for personal or household purposes. If you use it on behalf of a company, you confirm that you can agree to these Terms for it.
What Wiseren is
Wiseren is an advisory service for founders. Ashley is an AI advisor, not a person. She replies to your messages in writing, suggests small tests ("tasks") with a date, checks in when they come due, and, where your plan includes them, talks with you live on video. A person at Wiseren may review her replies before or after they reach you. The Service is new, and what it includes will change as we improve it.
Ashley's advice is not professional advice
Ashley gives general business guidance based on what you tell her. Please read this carefully:
- It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, medical or other professional advice, and no professional relationship is created. For those questions, talk to a qualified professional.
- AI can be wrong. Ashley can misunderstand what you said, rely on incomplete or outdated information, or reach a wrong conclusion. Check anything important before you act on it.
- No results are promised. Following a suggestion or completing a task does not guarantee customers, revenue, funding, growth or any other outcome.
- Your decisions are yours. You decide what to do with your business, and you are responsible for those decisions and their results.
Your account
You sign in with a code we email you, or with Google. Keep access to that email account secure, because anyone who can read it can sign in as you. Give us accurate information, keep one account per person, and tell us at once if you think someone else has used yours. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
The free month and membership
- Free month. A new account gets a free first month: 30 days from the day you create it, without a card. Day 30 is the last free day.
- After the free month, you can become a member at the price shown when you join, or stay as a free member. Free members keep their conversation and history, with fewer replies and features. What each plan includes is shown in the portal.
- Paid membership. Before we charge you anything, you'll see the price, what it covers, how billing and cancelling work, and any extra terms that apply, and you'll have to agree to them. Nothing is charged automatically when the free month ends.
- Prices and plans can change. We'll tell you before a change affects you.
Usage limits
To keep the Service fair and affordable, we limit how much it can be used: for example, a daily limit on AI use per account and for the whole Service, limits on how often messages can be sent, and how many live sessions a plan includes. When you reach a limit, your messages are saved and answered later, and the portal tells you when. We may pause or limit use that looks automated, abusive or far outside normal use.
Acceptable use
Use the Service only for your own business and in line with the law. Don't:
- use bots, scripts or other automated means to send messages, create accounts or access the Service;
- try to get around usage limits, security or access controls, or open extra accounts to do so;
- try to extract, copy or reverse engineer Ashley's instructions, models or the software behind the Service;
- share content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing or harmful, or confidential information you don't have the right to share;
- pretend to be someone else, or use another person's account;
- resell or give others access to the Service, or use it to build a competing product.
Your content
What you write, upload or say in the Service ("your content") stays yours. You give us permission to store it, process it and show it to you, and to let a Wiseren reviewer read it, as needed to run and improve the Service for you. We don't use your content to train AI models. We share it with the providers we rely on only as needed to run the Service, as the Privacy Policy describes. You can ask us to delete your content at any time. You confirm that you have the right to share what you give us.
Our content
The Service, Ashley, and the software, prompts, designs and methods behind them belong to Wiseren. You may use Ashley's replies, plans and tasks for your own business. You may not copy or reuse the Service itself.
Emails
We email you sign-in codes, Ashley's replies, check-ins and notices about your account. You can change most emails in Settings. Sign-in codes and important account notices always go. Product news and offers go only if you've agreed to them, and you can stop them at any time.
Services we rely on
The Service runs on providers such as AI model providers, a video provider for live sessions, an email provider, and Google if you sign in with it. Their outages or changes can affect the Service. When you use Google sign-in, Google's own terms also apply to that sign-in.
Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may change, add or remove features. We may also update these Terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you by email or in the portal before it takes effect, and we may ask you to accept the new Terms. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, the new Terms apply. If you don't agree, you can stop using the Service and delete your account.
Ending your account
You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, puts the Service or other people at risk, or has been inactive for a long time; where it's reasonable, we'll tell you first. Sections 4, 9, 10 and 15 to 19 continue after your account ends.
No warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that Ashley's replies will be accurate, complete or suitable for your purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows:
- Wiseren is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, business or opportunities, arising from the Service or from any decision you make using it, even if we were told such damage was possible.
- Wiseren's total liability for all claims about the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and 100 US dollars.
Some places don't allow these limits, so they apply only as far as the law permits.
Indemnity
If someone brings a claim against Wiseren because of your content, your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and losses that result.
Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you have a problem, write to us first and we'll try to resolve it informally within 30 days. If we can't, any dispute will be decided by the courts located in Delaware, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction.
General
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any terms you accept for a paid plan, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service. If a part of these Terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a right straight away, we haven't given it up. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent; we may transfer ours to a successor running the Service.
