Privacy Policy

Scope

Wiseren is a product of Neutral Vector LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. This Privacy Policy describes how Neutral Vector LLC ("Neutral Vector," "Wiseren," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with wiseren.com and the Wiseren workshop service (together, the "Services").

By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide to us

• Purchase information. When you buy a session, our payment processor collects your payment details and your email address. We receive confirmation of the purchase and your email address. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
• Session details. Your first name and email address, which you provide before your session begins. Some sessions also ask for your business’s name and website, and let you add your role and, in a sentence, what you most want help with. We use these to prepare and conduct your session.
• Notification requests. If you ask to be told when a session we are still building becomes available, we collect your email address and, if you choose to give it, your first name. We use them to write to you about that session and for nothing else, and you can ask us to remove them at any time.
• Session link requests. If you leave your email to get a link to our free five-minute session later, we collect your email address with the page you left it on, your type of device, where your visit came from (the referring website and any campaign tags in the link), and a short code made from your IP address, never the address itself. We use them to send you the session link and one reminder and for nothing else, and you can ask us to remove them at any time.
• Communications. Information contained in messages you send us, including support requests, refund requests, and feedback.

2.2 Workshop session information

The Services include live video sessions with an AI advisor. In connection with those sessions:

• Speech is converted to text. Your microphone audio is processed during the session and converted into a written transcript. We do not store audio or video recordings of sessions. Camera and microphone streams are used to conduct the session and are not retained.
• Transcripts. The resulting text record of what was said during the session is stored.
• Session board content. Statements, figures, evidence, and conclusions recorded on the visual board during the session.
• Plan documents. The written plan produced at the end of a session, which incorporates information you provided during it and may quote you directly.

Session information frequently includes information about your business — including metrics, customers, channels, pricing, revenue, and strategy — and may include information about third parties that you choose to disclose. Please do not disclose information during a session that you are not authorized to share.

2.3 Information collected automatically

• Device and usage information. IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, referring pages, pages viewed, and timestamps.
• Cookies and similar technologies. As described in Section 5.

2.4 Information from public sources

When a session asks for your business’s website, we use that website and your business’s name to look up publicly available information about your business, when your session starts or when you give us the website during it. We look mainly at your business’s own website, and at other public web pages that are clearly about the same business. We do this using our AI provider’s web search.

The result is a short summary of how your business presents itself publicly, with links to where each point came from. Our AI advisor uses it as background during your session, it may inform your written plan, and it is kept with your session information. It is about your business, but it can include information your business publishes about other people, such as the names of clients or team members shown on its website.

If you do not give us a website we can use, or tell us you do not have one, we do not look up your business. We never try to identify your business from its name alone.

How We Use Personal Information

We use personal information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Services;
• Deliver workshop sessions and generate the resulting plan documents;
• Prepare your session, including by looking up publicly available information about your business where the session asks for its website;
• Send you your access link, session details, your plan, and related service communications;
• Process your payment, issue refunds, and keep records of transactions;
• Tell you when a session you asked about becomes available;
• Respond to your inquiries and provide support;
• Monitor, debug, evaluate, and improve the Services, including the quality and accuracy of the AI advisor and the plans it produces;
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and other harmful activity;
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not use your session content to target advertising to you.

Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time as described in Section 12. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal, and may mean we can no longer provide the Services.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember your preferences, maintain session security, understand how the Services are used, and measure our advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling certain cookies may affect functionality.

We use the Reddit pixel on our public website to measure our advertising on Reddit. Unlike Google Analytics, it does not wait for the cookie banner: it loads on every page of our public website and sets cookies in your browser, unless your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, in which case it does not load at all. It tells Reddit which of our pages you visited, when you start a free session from our website (when you send the form for a free Intro, or when a link to a free session is made for you), and when you leave your email for a link to a free session later, together with what your browser sends with any request, such as your IP address and browser details. Reddit may link this to your Reddit account, and uses it to measure our ads and decide who sees them. We do not give Reddit your name, your email address, your session link or anything from your session, and we do not load the Reddit pixel on workshop, room or report pages. Reddit’s use of this information is governed by Reddit’s own privacy policy.

We use Google Analytics on our public website to understand how visitors use it, only if you accept analytics in our cookie banner. It is off by default, and we honour your browser’s Global Privacy Control signal as a refusal. You can change your choice at any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer. We do not load Google Analytics on workshop, room or report pages. For those, we record a small number of product events (such as a purchase, a workshop starting or a report becoming available) directly from our servers. If you accepted analytics on our website, these events use the same Google Analytics identifier, so they count as part of your visit; otherwise they use a random identifier. Neither is linked to your name, email or the content of your session. Google signals and advertising features are turned off.

We also record visits to some pages of our public website on our own server. To join the pages of one visit together, we set one first-party cookie, wiseren_visit, which expires after 30 minutes without activity and is not used for advertising. For each visit we record the page, where the visit came from (such as the referring website, campaign tags in the link, or the ad click reference Reddit adds to it), your browser’s user-agent string (which names the device, operating system and browser, with their versions), the size of the screen, how far down the page was scrolled, which parts of it were viewed, which links and buttons were pressed, how long it was actively open, and whether the visit went on to checkout and a purchase. If you go on to checkout, a reference to the visit goes with you to our payment processor’s checkout page and comes back with the purchase. If you buy, the visit is linked to your purchase and to the session it opens. We use this to understand which pages work. We do not store your IP address. We keep only a short code made from it, your browser and the date, which changes every day.

How we measure the site

Our own server records each visit to our pages: which page, when, how long it was open, how far it was scrolled and which buttons were pressed, plus the device type, browser, rough location by country, and the page or ad that sent you. On a personal link we set up for you, this is tied to your account. We use it only to improve Wiseren. We never sell it or use it for advertising, and it never includes anything you write. Google Analytics runs only if you allow it in the cookie banner. The Reddit pixel, which measures our ads on Reddit, runs unless you choose Necessary Only or turn off Advertising.

Links in our emails go through wiseren.com, so we can see which emails are useful. We don’t track whether you open an email.

How We Disclose Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information. We disclose it only as follows:

7.1 Service providers

We use vendors and service providers to operate the Services, including cloud hosting and storage, real-time video infrastructure, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, error monitoring, and security. These parties are authorized to process personal information only as necessary to perform services for us and under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

7.2 Third-party AI providers

The workshop advisor and the generation of plan documents rely on third-party artificial intelligence and video technology providers. Session audio, transcripts, and related content are transmitted to these providers as necessary to conduct the session and produce your plan. Where a session asks for your business’s website, we also send that website and your business’s name to our AI provider so that it can search the web for publicly available information about your business. We require these providers to process the information only as necessary to provide services to us.

7.3 Legal and safety

We may disclose personal information where we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, legal process, or governmental request, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Wiseren, our users, or others.

7.4 Business transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.

7.5 Advertising

Through the Reddit pixel, Reddit receives information about visits to our public website, about free sessions started from it and about emails left there for a link to one (that one was left, never the email itself), as described in Sections 5 and 8.

Sale or Sharing of Personal Information

We do not sell personal information. Our use of the Reddit pixel (Section 5) may be “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as California law defines it: identifiers and internet activity from our public website go to Reddit, which uses them to measure our ads and decide who sees them. We started doing so on 1 October 2026; before that, we had not sold or shared personal information in the preceding twelve months. You can opt out by turning on your browser’s Global Privacy Control signal, which we honour: the Reddit pixel then does not load.

Sensitive Personal Information

We do not request sensitive personal information, and the Services are not designed to collect it. Session transcripts may incidentally capture information you choose to disclose. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted without a right to limit under California law.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services and for the purposes described in this Policy, and thereafter as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Session transcripts, board content, plan documents, the business details you give us before a session, and any summary of public information prepared for it are retained for as long as your relationship with us is active, unless you request deletion earlier. Session audio and video are not retained at all. You may request deletion of your session information at any time, as described in Section 12.

If you start a conversation on our homepage and don't save it, we delete it after 30 days.

We retain records of transactions for as long as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. An email address given only so that we can tell you when a session becomes available is kept until you ask us to remove it.

Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Privacy Rights

12.1 All users

Regardless of where you live, you may:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you;
• Request correction of inaccurate personal information;
• Request deletion of your personal information, including your session transcripts, board content, plan documents, the business details you gave us before a session, and any summary of public information prepared for it.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@wiseren.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we may decline a request where an exception under applicable law applies.

12.2 California residents

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, gives you the right to:

• Know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, the business purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclose it;
• Delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to exceptions;
• Correct inaccurate personal information;
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — we do not sell personal information; to opt out of the sharing described in Section 8, turn on your browser’s Global Privacy Control signal, which we honour;
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information — we do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that trigger this right;
• Non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

The categories of personal information we have collected in the preceding twelve months are: identifiers; internet or other network activity information; electronic information, including session transcripts; and professional or employment-related information, including your business’s name, its website and your role, and information contained in session content. We collect it from you, automatically as described in Section 2.3, and, for some sessions, from publicly available sources as described in Section 2.4. The purposes and disclosure categories are described in Sections 3 and 7.

You may exercise these rights by contacting us at privacy@wiseren.com. You may use an authorized agent, subject to verification.

12.3 European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland

If you are located in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, you have the right to request access to, rectification of, erasure of, or restriction of processing of your personal information; the right to data portability; the right to object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests; and the right to withdraw consent.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. We would appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns before you do so.

International Transfers

We are based in the United States and process personal information there. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your personal information will be transferred to and processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate, which may have different data protection laws than your country.

Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under 18, we will delete it. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us at privacy@wiseren.com.

Do Not Track

Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" signals. There is no common industry standard for interpreting them, and we do not currently respond to such signals. We do honour the Global Privacy Control signal, as described in Sections 5 and 8.

Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may link to websites or services we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their practices. Review their privacy policies before providing them personal information.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where required by law, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
